There should be a ton of research and references on motor vehicle collisions. Perhaps your focus isn't narrow enough. What did you want to write about in regard to motor vehicle collisions? Prevention? Mortality associated with speed of vehicle? Does prehospital treatment like fluid administration increase/decrease mortality? Management of trauma patients? Heat and coagulation? Assessing the mechanism of injury and associated injuries to the patient (eg dent steering wheel is associated with chest trauma, spider web windshield in front of the driver is associated with head trauma, wearing seatbelts improperly is associated with organ damage like lacerated spleen)? Time on scene and associated mortality?
We can recommend topics, but I don't think we'll collectively come up with one topic for you to talk about. I would start off with what you initially wanted to talk about, write about what you are passionate about, or take a challenge and write about something you are weak in.
