I apologize if this has been asked before, but would anyone know when and where a friend of mine living in westmoreland county can take a class at?

I have worked at a couple of companies in the Pittsburgh area, and none offered an EVOC course.

CEVO is a course designed by the national safety council, and is generally held by companies, to their employees. Very few companies hold classes that are open to the public. Why not call nearby ambulance companies or fire departments, and ask whether their courses are open to the public...
