Ok, here is one for the books and a first that I've ever heard of.
I didn't put this one under the news threads, as I wanted to see if any of you have dealt with a stroke caused by anything like this in the field?

I guess it would make one think twice about that form of affection, given the possible outcome..

Your medical thoughts only on your replies please...I can just imagine the hornets nest this one could open.!

Haven't seen that one yet, but I am no stranger to treating the trauma of love.

Into BDSM? LOL

Me personally? no.

But I have seen various things that have gone wrong for couples who were seeking adventure that resulted in a 911 call or a trip to the ED and sometimes surgery.

That is why my favorite question is always: "tell me again how this happened."

Which is usually followed by: "Would you like to revise your statement?"

Hmm. Add a question to suspected stroke victims now. "Has your partner left any hickeys on your body recently?"

"I slipped, fell backwards and it just slid right in there...."
