I'm curious... If I start the paramedic program this semester and move out of state when this semester is over, can I pick it up at another school in another state or will I have to start all over again?
Different states have different policies, and not all programs are structured the same way. You'd have to directly ask the director of each program to see for yourself.
I have asked programs in my area a similar question, though moreso referring to off-time (as in, take a year, off a year, take a year), and even then most of them said it wouldn't work. I wouldn't get your hopes up, but it never hurts to ask.
Each program would most likely require you to start over. I would suggest waiting till you move, or look for a program where you are moving to and just move earlier if possible
