That was a crazy incident and got wide spread media attention and lots more in the EMS community. When that first happened a lot of discussion was had on the forum here...

... it is a WTF situation though.

Yeah its been talked about a lot. IMO humans will be humans, make mistakes and loose their temper. We just have to move on and learn from mistakes.

What as the reason for them to be pulled over in the first place? Why did that trooper find it okay to put his hand over the EMT's neck like that?
 
My mind's been infiltrated with so much "stuff" since that went viral I don't even remember many of the details...lol... just Google search Oklahoma Highway Patrol EMT or some similar phrase and you'll be able to find lots of article detailing the incident.

I bet you've been in situations where you wanted to get physical w/ someone. lol. But seriously it's not a big deal to get caught up in that drama. Let the lawyers deal with it
