I dont see the HIPAA violation here...but thats my interpretation of it.

To the OP, don't bottle this up. Talk to someone. Partners, a therapist, a supervisor but I personally wouldn't take something like this home to your family but thats just me.

I admit I missed where he had said it was a grapevine report. I read it yesterday and was goin off of that. But how can you say that link he posted isnt identifying? It gives the pat. name and location/details of the wreck.

It isnt his violation...
