If you are discussing video, on-line CEU's (which NREMT only allows 10 hrs) I have in-services over HIPAA, Bio-Hazard, Ergonomics, safety procedures, protocol testing, even some tradditional courses such as EtCo2, etc..
The reason NREMT only allows so many on-line, because usually there is no feed-back, (i.e. from instructor to student, vice -versa). If you contact NREMT, I have heard they will make exception if you have a program where the instructor can "talk back" or answer specific questions (similar to the electronic blackboard) program..
Similar here, only a small amount of non-contact hours allowed by state or otherwise. I think I found the answer. I was looking "outside" and found companies that offer said CE only to also find that they are very proud of their product and charge loads.
