This year has been an amazing year…Last year was a lot of soul searching for me as far as my place in this world. I knew I was seeking something that held lots of adventure and never the same ol’ same ol’ as a daily job. I find joy in life making a difference and bringing a smile to everyone’s face. I aimed to find a career that would allow me to always learn, grow, rev my adrenaline and help this crazy world! After completing my first 12 hours of ride time with the fire station I KNEW this was my passion my calling in life!!! Everyday I find myself researching something and getting all jacked up when I see a rescue going by, I just want to chase after it and see where they are going and what’s going on. May 12th I graduated and was president of my class, starting Paramedic school in October…As for my goals and ambitions I aspire to be a NASCAR or traveling Medic :0)

Just an fyi, Nascar contracts their rescue/fire/medics out from the local City they're in. Sort of like the infield care centers are staffed by companies/facilities in the area.

Also, never heard of a traveling Medic. Might be hard due to State reciprocity, and each State requiring their own licensing hoops to jump through. Plus most companies would probably be discouraged due to your lack of knowledge of the area and also knowing just as soon as you show up and learn the protocols you're going to end up leaving again.

Not trying to burst your bubble, just being honest and realistic.

Oh yeah, welcome to the suck.
