ok,

Can someone please tell me all the paid EMS services in Northern Jersey... more specifically.. Sussex county. and even more.. in the Newton area..

I am thinking of moving back up there after being at the jersey shore for 12 years.. I miss it.. I want to go from Volly ems to paid.. and go back to school but I want to live up there..

Please help thanks..
 
You might want to search threads on this one. I recall a pretty extensive thread on NJ medics.
 
Look into Valley Hospital, Englwood Hospital, Lifestar Response, Hackensack University Hospital. There are many others.

I don't know where Newton is specifically.

It's the county seat. I dunno anything about paid EMS in the area though.

If you're in newton, hit up hayaks market for good sandwiches. One time it was lunch and i wanted a breakfast sandwich, so they gave me all the leftover bacon on it, i swear there must have been a pound of it .... mmmm....

Oh. EMS. Yeah, sorry I dont know :(. I think the NJ EMS website has a list of all BLS providers, but it might be a volly only list?

-All of which are in Bergen County. Valley however may be hiring quite a few medics soon as they are picking up quite a bit of Pascack Valley's old territory. Hackensack may be doing the same. Both are very good projects.

They're not in sussex, and that is a pretty good commute, but they both are pretty highly regarded.
