Hello I'm a first generation in my family to be in the EMS field. I'm currently working at a distinguished Childrens hospital as a transporter. I like what I do, however, I would like to go further into the EMS field. I live in San Diego and would like to know what ambulance company you guys can highly recommend to me to work as an EMT? and Why? And also my plans in regards to my EMS career is to either become a Fire/Medic or a Flight Medic. I know that in order to become one of these two is I need to become a Paramedic. Does anyone know which are the best medic schools to attend in San Diego and why?
