Looking for ideas

Hey guys I'm looking for some ideas and you people seem to be full of them so here goes. A couple of my co-workers kinda had a traumatic even this week. They've been really down and I've been trying to think of lil goofy ways to bring their spirits back up. I'm a total goofy ball and i cant stand to see two of my friends walking around all sad like whipped lil puppy dogs. So when your fellow medics are having a rough time what do you guys do to cheer them up?
