Is it really an upside down LP12? before you sell it you may want to mirror the picture so that it accurately represents what you are trying to sell?

as a side note, does one need a Rx to buy a manual defib?

Many places have AEDs so I wouldn't think you need a script?

Im pretty sure you do need a script even for public access AEDs. But it may be state dependent.
