Hey guys I just attended my orientation for EMS really stoked about starting my classes just wrapped up A&P/MED Term.

Is anyone on here from GA and went to Lanier Technical College in Oakwood, GA?

If so, I would like to know how it was and during my practicals and clinical rotations, is it easy to have a part-time job?

I'm assuming this is for medic? It looks like they have 3 different programs it would be easier for people to answer if you let them know exactly which program you are enrolled in.

- Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) Certificate
- Emergency Medical Technician (formerly) Emergency Medical Technician- Basic Certificate
- EMS Professions (formerly)Emergency Medical Technology (Plus) Diploma
- Paramedicine (formerly Paramedic Technology) Degree
- Paramedicine (formerly Paramedic Technology) Diploma

It looks like they have a decent program from what I can see online.

I went to Southern Crescent Tech in Griffin Ga for AEMT but I heard good things about your school. My program worked around people's work schedule. But good luck!
