I once heard Acadian described as French Canadian with a southern accent.
What are some common languages (besides English) that are spoken in your area? Spanish/Creole
What is your area?
Huh?
Is there a significant enough number of non-English speaking people in your community to warrant efforts (as an EMS provider) to learn their language (or some of it)?No
Do you speak any languages besides English? If so, which ones, and how proficient are you? Enough Spanish to get by
Do you feel that there are enough bilingual EMS personnel to meet the needs of your community? Yeap
Just curious

Actually, they call it Cajun. A French/Spanish/English dialect. Yes, there dispatchers are trained in all.
