If anyone gets the chance, check out this months issue of Jems and read the article on pg. 58 titled Cardiocerebral Resuscitation... some awesome new findings from three studies that validate this new protocol and improved method for treating cardiac arrest.
"Physiologic ventilation" with a NRB applied and NOT BVM ventilations in some situations is just one of the changes recommended.
Also, it was discussed recently about pronouncing on the scene... a good article on that topic as well.
