I considered an inferior MI but all I see a NSR. Send it off BLS.

I like how physiocontrol lets it still be your idea when you recognize what the machine is telling you. All the other ones take credit for the catch themselves.
 
Which artery do you think is the culprit? Since there doesn't seem to be any arrhythmia, do you guys think this is more likely the circumflex artery rather than the right coronary artery?

Never trust monitors. It's clearly benign early repolarization.
