Now I know how some people feel about priority one around here but I need a job and I got a call for a test tomorrow morning and interview (if you pass the written). I'm In Northern CA so any advice from those who have went through it before with P1 would be greatly appreciated!

The written's a joke. One thing I didn't learn in school was CSM (circulation sensory movement) down here we use PMS.

Know your protocols. If you get in just keep your head down. Show up do your job and go home, don't get pulled into the company drama.

Any more questions you can PM me. I wont be able to answer anything area specific, though, I'm in San Diego

From what I've heard, P1 company drama can be... interesting at best. Stay the F out of it and you should do fine. (Good advice for any workplace, actually...)

I'm excited for the interview as I said just trying to get a feel for what to expect. I'd like to get a solid foundation in IFT abd BLS so I can really hone in on my skills ;) .

just a heads up, you dont use many skills as an IFT emt, and as for the written, like someone said earlier its a joke. know your GCS categories and what placentia previa means. those are about the only things i had trouble with, other than that its easier than the first test in an EMT class i think

EDIT: sorry :( i didnt look at the dates before i posted, hope you did well on your interview regardless... maybe ill see you around modesto on a p1 rig ;) haha
