These are the medics that did a poor assessment and didn't bring the gear you normally should bring to an emergency call to the patients side. What do ya'll think?

They are not part of FDNY, nor were they. They are employees of a private Hospital in Staten Island - Richmond University Medical Center.
They should rethink their career choice.
