Hello Everyone,
Regarding The Hiring Process..
I Recieved An Email Stating That I Should Expect The Following During The Hiring Process:

-Written EMT Test
-Physical Test
-Oral Interview

What Do They Mean By Written EMT Test?
And What Physical Skills Do They Usaully Test For?

For the test, expect some sort of written version of National Registry. As far as the physical, those vary tremendously. They can be as in-depth and elaborate as a small O-course with climbing stairs, dragging pts, performing CPR, carrying equipment, etc. Or they can be as simple as doing some step-ups in a clinic and moving some weights from one spot to another.
