Event Medical Services of NY specializes in staffing EMTs, Paramedics, lifeguards, divers, etc. at events (sports, races, shows, festivals, concerts, camps, TV/movie productions, etc.) all over the country.
We are seeking some awesome safety professionals to be a part of our team and...to help us staff a big, fun military-style extreme obstacle course event THIS SATURDAY 9/19 in Lake Geneva, WI. We need a bunch of people who want to make some money while having fun and putting their skills to use!
Some info:
Date: Saturday 9/19
Hours: 7am-4pm
Location: Lake Geneva, WI
We need the following personnel:
·3 SCUBA Divers or Diver-Medics
o You will need your own BC, Tank, Weights, Fins, Mask and Dry or Wet Suit.
o Medical qualification not necessary but encouraged, as we will have medics and surface rescue personnel on site
o Suited and at the ready, rotated out after two hours as required
·8 Lifeguards or Surface Water Rescue Specialists
o will need either a Dry or Wet suit and fins.
o We will supply the rescue equipment.
o You do not need to be a certified lifeguard if you have surface water rescue experience/certification.
o Rotated assignments
·10 EMTs or Paramedics
o Functioning on a BLS/First Responder/First Aid level
o Posted at aid station and at various places around the venue
o No equipment needed (HOWEVER....if you'd like to be considered for other types of events in your area, includings sports, fairs, festivals, concerts, races, TV/movie productions, clubs, etc. you will need a BLS kit that meets some basic requirements)
