Man, I don't want to derail this thread, but I would certainly argue a few points with the preceding poster. Not saying I disagree with all of it...

You can send me a PM if you want Again I knew my take would be a little jaded/controversial but my point was what is "required" not what is actually the case. Everyone is different so it is hard to generalize things like this. Another way to look at is every level COULD work independently but things are much better when there is interaction communication and understanding.
