I use it at both the private ALS service and at my fire job.
Like most epcr systems, it has quirks, but I've found it to be rather user friendly and very easy to customize. The tech support folks are great and will help you through any of the issues you may have.
I like the fact that it's webbased, so I can write a report from anywhere. In the unit, at the hospital, at the station...

We use it but not for our primary PCRs we just use it so we can get grants
