any one know what the average pay is for the North Central Texas area?

also, what are the particular job duties of ED techs. and would this be good experience before paramedic school?

not texas but AZ here, Part time gig

getting paid 14/ HR
Duties:
IV/ LABS
Casting.
Wound care
help w/ sutures
pt transport
help in triage
EKg's
vitals
setting pts up when EMS arrives.
and all the other CNA duties.
taking pts to CT for CVA emergencies
setting up chest tubes, Central lines,
any helping the nurses with anything/everything.

Im a paramedic already, wanted hospital experience for future FPC jobs.

And yes i would say be a very good experience before paramedic school, but so would EMT ambulance. Doing both would be better
