I saw a episode of untold stories of the ER where a patient was receiving black market botox injections. Looked, sounded, and presented like a woman, Until the doc went to do a exam and prep a urinary cath.. Turns out she had some appendages that changed things up a little. I wish I could be a fly on the wall when a transgender is asked about meunstral cycles or pregnancy

BOTOX? Maybe estrogen plus using hydrocortisone as a facial cream.
And I have been party to asking unidentified transgender arrestees before they are incarcerated and before we knew their status. Oddly, it was about 50/50; half the time they were flattered they were mistaken for a XX gene carrier, the other half they were usually just very quiet and maybe said "I'm undergoing hormone therapy" or some such.

If they were high or demented, all bets were off.
