I'm in a little bit of a dilemma. I just received a letter today for an interview on Thursday with the service here in my home county. About three hours later and after I had already called to schedule a time for an interview on Thursday another company contacted me by phone wanting me to come for an interview on Friday. Don't know many details on the second company but it couldn't hurt working two part-time jobs could it? I just don't want to get so busy that I don't have any time for anything BUT work....don't get me wrong I love EMS and what I do but I need time for myself as well.

Most of us made a living by working two services. Not a bad thing at all to work two different EMS jobs. Happens all the time. Good luck with both interviews!

Well... if all else fails, I'll take one of your ems jobs. I don't have one yet, and I've been looking for like... 2 months. -.-

I once had a third interview with a school in North Carolina. I booked a flight... again, and then prepared to leave in a week. A day later another school about half an hour away called. I set up in interview. Then another school about two hours away called, and I set up another interview. Then another school about two hours away called, and I set up a fourth interview an hour after the third one.

My first interview, the one that I really wanted, never came through. I didn't want to work at the second place, but thought it couldn't hurt. The third one was okay, but nothing too special. The fourth one was just like the third.

I did four interviews in two days, and ended up taking a teaching position at the third place I interviewed. I never thought I'd take it, but I didn't want to pass up the interview experience. Now I live here and teach here.

I say go for it and let us know how they go :)

Go through with both interviews... if for nothing else than the experience.

If both give you offers, think about it and compare them, then figure out which one will be "primary"

Oh, BTW - while in the interview, don't say well, I want to work for XXX, but you are my backup.
