Trying to find some input good and bad about ER tech positions at DVH in Victorville,CA. If any of you high desert folks transport in to them what are your thoughts about their techs and the facility in general? Are their techs more CNA or EMT,do they have free reign or are they on a tight leash. Also interested in St Marys if any of you ever make it thru their doors. Thanks in advance.

I've been trying to get an ER tech position at St. Mary's for over a year. They hire within mostly from what I was told. I know an ER tech that works at DV and he said once you apply, you have to stay on top of them, like call every week. Good Luck
