What are your current pay hourly and does your companies/agencies have insurance and retirement.

Just curious just think our agency is screwing us.

Insurance and 401(k) matching, yes.



As to pay, it's totally dependent on the location. Some states will pay more, some less, as it's really relative to cost-of-living.



Go to a salary comparison website and check what the pay for your job is in your area, and match that up to what you get.

Never look at an hourly salary in this job. The only people that look at hourly salary are the ones that have not been around long enough. You want to look at yearly salary and compensation packages.

This can only be compared to your surrounding area. Not nationaly. It will be different in different parts of the country.
