Anyone have any advice on how to find the documentation that includes everything asked for by the NREMT? I have ordered what I thought would include: nature, level, date, sentence, and verification of completion. I order them from the clerk of court but it doesn't include sentence and verification of completion. Help! I'm so frustrated.

You should contact the clerk again and let them know the information you need. If they can't provide it, they might be able to point you in the right direction.
