CE's in San Mateo County or Bay Area

Hey guys! So i'm new to the forums, and I'm wondering about getting recertified for my CA state card. I guess i need "Verification of 24 hours of Continuing Education from a California Approved CE Provider (at least 12 hours must be instructor based)" and Verification of EMT Skills Form. Where can I get these? I'm especially confused on where to the the skills form filled out. any help is greatly appreciated, thank you! Also, my card expires on 6/24/13.

I should also mention that I have an interview coming up on the 24th of May for a spot on a BLS rig for my city's Fire Department, so in case I get hired, I don't want to be useless if this thing expires. Thanks!!

Found it.

Hey guys, just wanted to update you all on my recert process. There's a WestMed college campus (san jose) about 40 miles away from where i live, and their EMT refresher is pretty simple. All I have to do is sit in their current EMT class and rack up 24 hours.
