Does anyone from Colorado (or who knows the Colorado requirements well) tell me about where/how continuing education works? I found this list of requirements if that helps: https://www.colorado.gov/pacific/sites/default/files/EMTS_Continuing-Education-Guidelines.pdf
Also, as I go through school or do CE classes, what should I focus on if I'd someday like to become a paramedic educator?

What do you mean how it works? Depending on your area classes might be offered by hospitals, EMS education programs, and/or EMS agencies. You can sometimes find formal refresher classes. Or you can piece together your own as outlined in the guide.
