Anybody use it before? Is it a reliable site to be learning about stuff from? I'm always looking to educate myself and this looks like it could be helpful, but I want to make sure I'm getting the right information.

It was created in 2006 and "has not undergone peer review or rigorous editing," but I've seen it mentioned at least once on this site (EMTLife).
