Just to update you. If you got a ticket for an offense in pa. It classified as a summary offense which is below a misdemeanor. Basically for all intents it is a traffic ticket.
do you have to be arrested for a misdemeanor? I don't know why but i read on some of the paper work felony misdemeanor and have been freaking out .
I did not get arrested. Did not spend any time in jail. I got some paper work in the mail to appear in court and the cop was there told me paraphernalia ticket. Medic would you know who i can talk to about this? Its all kind of a blur to be honest. I had never been in trouble before. So being in court for this was so bizarre for me.
