Cake decorators or bakers?

Any of my EMS friends out there cake decorators and bakers/cooks too? Didn't see any threads on this site for this so I just thought I'd make it for everyone else that enjoys cooking/baking or cake decorating could discuss it. Like what are everyone's favorite recipe(s) to cook at their station for a quick or long/slow cooking meal? I'm an EMT-B and loves to cook and sell baked goods on the side for extra income. :wub: :wub: :wub:

I baked my own bread for a semester and they sold it for fundraising at my school. I cook for my family, but that is another story :sad:
