Just finished applying for a position with a local blood center (blood bus) as a donor services specialist. The position does not require a phlebotomy cert, which I thought was odd. (Does OneBlood have their own training, perhaps?)
I am currently an EMT-Basic. Started paramedic school in January, proficient with my IVs and blood draws so far, figured a blood center would be perfect to perfect my skills and get some experience before I find work in an ER or Ambulance
