I received permission from my sister, Rachel, to post the address publicly.

Can you please make this happen for my nephew Tyler, who will be turning 7-years-old on March 6th? If you or your spouse, or even a friend or family member, works with a civilian or military first response team, could you let them know about Tyler's wish? He would love nothing more than to receive birthday cards from firefighters, EMS, police officers, civilian and military! My nephew is in his second battle with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL), and this will be an awesome surprise for him and a special treat, as he really looks up to our emergency response community. Thank you ever so much for your time and generosity!

Question for the OP. My coworkers and I were looking to send Tyler a big birthday card, but found a second address of

96 South Main St., Pascoag, R.I. 02859

Just wanted to verify which address was the correct one before we sent anything. If anyone could post something further, that would be awesome. Thanks guys, and thank you to whoever posted this.

UPDATE, as of 2/18/2014: Due to the overwhelming response and request for information, I created a group page called Tyler's Troops. It will allow you to get updates on Tyler's progress, upcoming blood and bone marrow registry drives, see pictures and access information related to Tyler's wish. Thank you so very much! Everyone!

Done and Done, joined the page and also am getting together a nice package of patches, and gear for the little man.
 
My local fire/ems put together a nice package for him. Shirts, stickers, cards, everything. :-)
