The place where I work refers to "substation".
It is 3 floor building with underground garage. There are 4 rooms for rest (L and G). The dispatcher - office. A room for outpatient reception hours. Office for the heads. A locker room with cases. Kitchen with microwaves and refrigerators. A separate room for experts on an infection.
Work shift 14/24 (at us is not present 48 or 72). Usually shift has 30 - 40 employees.
The separate unit makes 12-15 calls in 24h. So....
