For medicines that come in an ampoule yes we have drawing up needles.
 
we resupply from the hospitals for both medications and probably 90% of supplies. recently ive only seen fentanyl in ampuoules. other not normal delivery devices, we get morphine and narcan in Carpujets most of the time. having been missing needles and some of the smaller syringes from time to time in the truck, I have a few that I keep in my personal shoulder bag especially filter needles for both ampuoles and amio.
