I am having a complete brain fart. I know for V-tach, it's 150mg over 10 min, but I remember something about 300mg followed with 150mg and I can't remember what it's for. My brain hurts.

Vfib/Pulseless Vtach
300mg for the first dose, 150 mg for the second dose

Pulseless V-Tach is 300mg 1st dose. The 2nd(and last dose) is 150mg. After that you've maxed out on Amio.

And of course your V-Fib as well. Same dosages as your V-Tach without pulse.
