Allegiance Ambulance & Guardian Ambulance

Since the merging of Allegiance Ambulance & Guardian Ambulance in the DFW area and other areas, a lot of employees have quit. Is it true that they quit because they were done wrong? Wages were cut, longer hrs, no breaks, nasty emails etc... I wanted a job at Allegiance, but Im not sure now. Does anyone work for this ambulance service? I would like some feedback.

You would do well to get in touch with several current employees if possible. There have been major changes from what was Allegiance and Guardian. What might work for some people may not work for others. I know a lot but it's second hand info. From a disclosure standpoint I'm a former DFW Guardian admin who stayed with Guardian to manage other areas.
