While there are a lot of reasons an air ambulance can lose their certification to fly, somebody was informed of the decision by the FAA. It appears that they failed to escalate it up the chain of command.

This company promised the province of Ontario the world when they recieved the contract, but judging by the news coverage they have recieved their business dealings have been a little shady.
