Advice for first medic job

I start my first medic job on monday, and I'm very nervous. Its a job for a private indian hospital that is a part of a large tribal nation. The job is mostly interfacility, but do 911 ALS back up for the reservation (EmtI 85 is highest level that they have). I am to be one of two paramedics, with a dozen or so emts. I am confident in my skills. My biggest nerves come from working with EMTs who have more experience than I've been alive; and I now have to tell them what to do. What advice does anyone have for a young medic working with experienced emts? I want to be able to work as a medic without coming off as arrogant or a know it all. It doesn't help that I look like I'm maybe 16.

Utilize them. Give the emts the BLS tasks while you concentrate on ALS tasks. They get vitals while you set up the monitor. You start the live while they get the backboard ready. DOnt be an arrogant jack *** but be confident.
