There's Clark County Fire and there is also Las Vegas Fire and Rescue, they have ambulances that they do take on calls but rarely transport unless EMS is unavailable (rarely like once a week or so). AMR and Medic West are owned by the same company but MW has slightly better benefits. MW is more north side and AMR is more south but can run all over. They are in the Metro areas. Community ambulance is out in the Summerlin/ Centinnal Hills areas. They have the best pay and benefits. Then there's multiple transfer companies that do med rides and interfacility transfers. Are you wanting more fire/ems or just ems? LV has a strong fire and ems community.
