911 in florida?

does anyone have any information on florida 911 services (third service or private contracted) i.e. personal experience with hiring, working conditions, call volume, etc

Well, I used to live in the Jacksonville area, but I know their EMS is part of their FD, so that's not really up my alley. I know Daytona/Volusia County has their own 911 service called EVAC but I don't really know much about them past their website...really any region in the northern part of the state that has their own third-service or private 911 service, I'd be interested in learning more about.

I've looked into several Tampa area agencies such as Nature Coast, Sunstar, Lee County and Manatee County EMS..any info on these?
