Have you considered talking to someone through your EAP? Its confidential and allows you to talk to someone who is a neutral figure. But I agree with everyone else with continuing to do your job and cya... She will get hers in the end.

I am in a Paramedic Assoc. Degree program and we have essentially lost half. Started with 42 and down to 24. We are just now ending our second semester. :unsure: And after this one, I know we will be short at least 3-5 more going into the summer semester.
Well, I found out this morning from my EMS Director that he is requiring a minimum of an 85 in the class to be able to test. This is mainly due to monetary support that the program recieves if everyone passes. I have an 83, so getting an 85 isnt going to be a problem. I am aiming to end with an...
Thanks you all, I appreciate the feed back! I am just looking at testing for the State Intermediate for now, its not a requirement to have National Registry in my area. I agree that there is no harm in taking it, but I have heard that it is very hard test.

Second, it may be cliche, but you can do anything you put your mind to. You are still at an age where you can find a career you love. Have you looked into "shadowing"...
