I'm Getting ready to start doing prerequisites for a medic program. I was thinking saddleback or riverside, knowing I would have to be on a waitlist for about two years. Just wondering if anyone has gone through these programs and can shed some light on what to do to get ready for any program...
Has anyone had an interview or offered a job from a company listed on craigslist? There are a few that I have seen mainly in Oc/Ie that don't list the company name. Just wanted to see if it seems fishy to anyone els out there. Thanks
I found a job posting and wanted to see if anyone had any kind of info. There suppose to be a new company in OC and there hiring EMT/Dispatchers. If you have anything it will help. Thanks
I'm scheduled for the 16th in the morning. I think it might be similar to fire testings. Auditorium testing and A band people will be in front of everyone for interviews.
Where can I get some met and station boots for the fire academy? I have tried google but no local stores come up for orange county.I would try online but I would rather try them on frist.
Thanks
Thanks sounds great. But can't help of thinking that I'm losing a good opportunity to have two jobs in the field that I have been tryin to get in for quite some time now.but I just can't take both unfortunately.
Yeah I thought of doing both but the part time job couldn't give me a set schedule of when I would work. The full time is 5 ten hour shifts so there leaves little room to chance that my part time days wood be free. Plus gives someone els a chance to be an emt in this tough field.
I got an offer for two ambulance company but only can take one. One full time and one part time. I have to go with the full time for economy situation. How would I decline the part time and leaving with out a black mark on my name just in case I end up applying in the future.
What is so bad about this company, I had an interview and waiting to hear back. They seemed pretty good but you would know since you work there. Can you PM me on your complaints?
I have an interview with them ( first emt interview) but it's only for driver position. Any idea why they have drivers only, and attendants only? Is this how most companies are?
Does anyone have any info on Firstmed ambu company( pay, shifts, managment? Found them on craigslist, so not sure how to feel about jobs on craigslist. Thanks
