all right here is the best I can give you. When I work in St. Cloud, the 1st responders were awesome. I work both in Little Falls and Litchfield, with Little Falls being the busier. I don't know much about other services in the MN area, but I have friends that work in different areas of the cities and north of the cities.
As for WI. I like the service I work for. It is volunteer and looking to further the services. (hiring fulltime medics). Anyway, I also work in an Emergency Department, full time. So, I get to see different level of services in the department.
The Paramedic service I work for is very proactive. Our medical control is very Pro-EMS. we love it.
