Ok, today in EMT-B, we went over the chapter on seizures, the works. I wanted to see what actually happened, so I did some searching on the net. Only thing I really have to say is, in my opinion, it is going to be really tough seeing younger ones, especially ones having grand mal seizures...

I live out of district, and they were in need of volunteers, so I went over there. I am on duty crew because of it, but I do not mind at all.

I start my training in August @ Wake Tech, which is a local community college here. Do you have any community colleges around there that may offer it? I am taking all of the curriculum classes to fulfil the requirements for the Emergency Medical Science Degree.

Well, I have applied to become a Volunteer Fireman at a local station... All my info is in, so it is now up to the membership/recruitment board to vote me in or not. Wish me luck! :)

I worked in a pharmacy for 5 years, and when trying to learn the different drugs, what they do etc. it was really handy. It is currently on my iPhone and is great.

I actually spoke with her today. I originally spoke with one advisor, and spoke with another one today, b/c the first wasn't in, on vacation. Well, I do have to take some english, which is understandable. It seems the first advisor was new to advising this program or something... whatever...

You know, I am not an EMT yet, but to be honest, whether the people I work with are homosexual or not, does not matter. I have worked with homosexuals in the past in previous jobs here and there. Truthfully, as long as they know what they are doing, and can do it well, go for it.
