damn, why do schools still use it if it's so bad? Is it just filled with misinformation or what? I'll likely avoid it but what would you recommend otherwise?
The textbook is required for my upcoming EMT class, but the workbook is optional and it's $63, and I don't know much about it. Navigate Testprep and FISDAP are the two other things I was looking at as recommendations from another thread, and both are cheaper and seem like better options to study...
So are you saying get the certificate but finish the degree online? I really don't know what to do. I'm looking at two year AAS schools in NY now but I'm not convinced a degree from a CC with no experience would land me a job as a paramedic in two years. Who knows what the job market will look...
