Not a problem. They also have hired 16 folks they call "relief factor" so we are all getting time off when we request it. there was a problem with forced overtime about four years ago but they listened and now it's not a problem anymore.

Why? Before you go to all of the expense, try to find out "why" you aren't getting the job. If there is a bd job reference, bad credit reference, arrest record - you know what I mean. A good EMT with a good employment record (it doesn't have to be in EMS) should be able to get a bite....

What they are looking for They are looking for the "reason" why you coulnd't lift that - I had a workers comp injury, I have a shoulder that pops out, etc. Strickly an illegal question.
