    Interview

So I had my interview with MedStar in Fort Worth, TX. I had to take a 100-question multiple choice test, then I was interviewed by three people from the company, then I had a clinical interview where I was given scenarios and I had to say what I'd do. They said they'd call me within two...

He's not a Texan. He may claim to be, but to me he's from Connecticut. Just my .02. No political debate here.

    Making your job easier??

Yeah, but since most x-ray systems are digital now, why not find a way to shoot an x-ray then transmit it to a hospital where a radiologist can look at it?

    Police as First Responders

There were quite a few cops in my EMT-B class in Boston. One of them was a cop in Nahant, MA, which is a small peninsula on the north shore. According to him, all cops in Nahant had to be cross-trained as EMTs.

Hello everybody, I've been an EMT-B for almost a month now. I have yet to actually start working for an ambulance service because I've just moved from another state and I'm waiting for a reciprocal license. Speaking of which, how hard is it to get a reciprocal license? I've already sent off...
